About
Gear for the first ten minutes
WARMUP started with a simple observation: the athletes who move best aren't the ones with the most equipment. They're the ones who never skip the warm-up.
The warm-up is the most skipped part of training, mostly because it feels like a chore. So we set out to make the tools that make it quick: loop bands that live in your bag, a roller that fits in a carry-on, a strap that gets you into a proper stretch without thinking about it.
From there, the catalog grew sport by sport — the court consumables every tennis and pickleball player burns through, the golf aids that build fundamentals, the ladders and cones that make speed work simple. It's deliberately small. We'd rather sell twenty things that get used than two thousand that don't.
-
Curated, not endless
A small catalog of tools athletes use every week. If we wouldn't keep it in our own bag, we don't sell it.
-
Built to travel
Light, compact and durable. Everything we sell should fit in a gym bag, racket bag or golf bag.
-
Every sport, every level
Warming up isn't a pro habit. Our gear works for weekend pickleball, a first 10K and a club championship alike.

Honest by default
Plain descriptions, no miracle claims. Recovery tools are fitness equipment, not medicine.
