Shipping
We ship to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, DC.
- Flat-rate shipping: $6.95 per order.
- Free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- We aim to ship from US-based fulfillment partners; typical delivery is 3–7 business days after shipping.
Items can ship from different fulfillment partners, so a multi-item order may arrive in more than one package. You'll get tracking for each.
Returns
If something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Contact us with your order number to start a return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- If an item arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

How much is shipping?
Shipping within the United States is a flat $6.95, and free on orders of $75 or more.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to ship from US-based fulfillment partners, which typically deliver in 3–7 business days after your order ships. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return from the contact page with your order number and we'll send instructions.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, DC.

No. Our recovery and mobility tools are general fitness equipment. They're not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition — talk to a healthcare professional about pain or injury.
